Vice presidential nominee Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska greets John McCain and her family after she finishes speaking at the Republican National Convention. The Palin family provided some controversy for the McCain campaign, primarily in the form of Bristol Palin's unwed teenage pregnancy.
